They even brought me 2 different guest books to choose from, one black and one silver.

The attendant was SO nice and professional (sorry I don’t remember his name with all the excitement!). The booth itself was great and offered guests the option of black and white or color photos by the touch of a button located inside the booth. It was 50% less than what most photo booths are charging, and that included a guest book! Flashbooth offered a 3 hour window between set up and the actual event at no extra charge which worked out perfectly! No noisy set up during dinner distracting guests from the speeches (all other photo booth companies I contacted charged extra for this per hour). I was able to get the same price they were offering on groupon without actually booking it through groupon. Eric was a pleasure to work with over the phone and I got a fantastic deal.

I booked Flashbooth for my wedding 7− 12− 13. $ 500 bucks for 5ish hours, unlimited photos, favors for our guests, a memory book, and a flash drive this was the best deal ever!

Their props were great! Even more I loved that our attendant actually acted more like a guest at the wedding taking a few hilarious photos and keeping the Photobooth up and running for an extra hour or so and we caught him on the dance floor for a little while after shutting things down (this made us happy because the plan for the whole thing was for EVERYONE to have a good time). I did love that the package included 3 hours with 1 hour of shut down for dinner and that we received a flash drive with ALL of the photos (which we are still laughing at). I do think their memory book fee should be less than $ 100 as they only fill the front of the pages (though they are two sided) and the book isn’t particularly special. They do charge a travel fee for suburban venues but it wasn’t too bad (especially since I had a great groupon). Two days before the wedding they called to verify final details. Booking was easy 6 months before my event. Received a Groupon for their Photobooth (it actually expired a day before but they allowed me to use it). There was another booth I’ve seen too that has more of an old-school booth look instead of the curtain set-up - if you’re into that vintage look and feel. He also didn’t prompt guests to add a note in the guestbook or make sure people got their strip before wandering off (not entirely his responsibility but it still would’ve been nice) I would say go with Flashbooth if the price is right, but others (I’ve seen a handful of others at friends’ weddings) could probably do a comparable job with a SMILE. Though we had the «option» of B+W or color the booth operator always defaulted to color if you took more than a second deciding with the buttons inside the booth. He just seemed miserable being there, was rushing guests, and was careless with the props we provided (the ones from Flashbooth would’ve been fine for people not worried about a personal touch).

Our main complaint was the demeanor of the guy working the booth at the wedding. It was great looking at the pictures the next day and hearing about how much fun people had taking pictures - especially with the custom props provided by one of our bridesmaids. The booth was a good size - big enough to fit around 5 or 6 people if you were smart with the layout. They were VERY accommodating with giving us the Groupon price without going through Groupon - we had heard too many horror stories to not have it in writing directly from the vendor. Flashbooth was pretty good with communication leading up to the day of the wedding, but were sometimes hard to reach for a few days at a time which is frustrating when dealing with so many vendors. Overall we are still glad we did a photo booth… but are also upset that reviews from guests were mixed. I’ll try to remove myself from the after-glow of a terrific wedding and review as objectively as possible based on our experiences (my wife and I) and what we heard from guests.
